What we have learned writing up Woodland Hills chimneys
Our Woodland Hills reports keep returning to the same three findings: clay tile liners with joints opened by the 1994 Northridge earthquake, crowns cracked on the hillside homes that face the sun, and rusted cap mesh. Each one gets a photo, a location and a plain rating, so you can see where your house sits against that pattern. Patterns like these help us know where to point the camera, but each report still describes only what your chimney shows.
