From Your Note to a Finished Report
Your note goes to the tech who will run the visit. We phone you to agree on a time, and most Arleta bookings fall inside a day or two. Tell us if the flue is brick or a metal pipe, when it was last swept, and where the stain or smell shows up. If escrow or an insurance adjuster is involved, say so: we then plan for a Level 2 scope and a report written for a reader who never saw the roof.
